US Open Adaptive Surfing Championships

2024 Bandshell vendors

Dear Prospective Vendors

The Association of Adaptive Surfing Professionals will be hosting the 7th Annual US Open Adaptive Surfing Championships.

The event will be held at the Oceanside Pier from September 5th-8th, 2024.

Vendor booths will be available Saturday September 7th from 9am-5pm and Sunday September 8th from 9am-4pm

The US Open Adaptive Surfing Championships promises to provide the public with a variety of activities that the
entire family can enjoy and an opportunity for sponsors and vendors like you to promote your products or services.

Adaptive surfers from around the world will be competing in 9 divisions that include a $30,000 prize purse!

In the Band Shell a few paces from the beach, vendors like you can display and sell your merchandise, unique products
or services to the contest spectators as well as the high volume of casual beach goers.

Our event will be publicized in newspapers, television, social media, and multiple websites worldwide.

As an event vendor your contribution to this event will be used to assist future adaptive events.

VENDOR BOOTH REGISTRATION

Vendors booth space is 10’ x 10’ in the bandshell area. The fee is $300 for a 10×10 space. We provide the space only; vendors are required to provide their own pop-up tent, tables, chairs and anything else they need within their booth space. Interest is extremely high, so we will need to receive payment by August 1st, 2024.

Food trucks will be considered but no food vendors, we will not have a bandshell health permit.

Please indicate type of merchandise to be sold (subject to approval by event officials). Set-up can begin Saturday at 6:00am and Sunday at 7:00am with all vehicles removed from the area by 9:00am. Sunday breakdown must be after the awards ceremony, those should be completed by 5pm. AASP will provide overnight security, but it is suggested that you remove your merchandise at the close of the day.

Parking is not included as part of this event so please be prepared to pay for or find parking around the event.

Live music is part of our event, we will do our best to maintain a reasonable volume. If you anticipate music interfering with booth sales please let us know so we can accomadate the best booth location for you.
